Election Commission announced the election procedure for the year of 2008

As per the outcome of the Annual general meeting, which was held on 27th April , 2008

The Deadline for membership update or dues payment is 3pm on December 23rd Sunday, 2007

The Nomination process for Executive board members would start at 5pm on 5th May, 2008 at 37-38 73^rd   Street # 2^nd Floor, Jackson Height, New York 11372. The nomination submission deadline is at 8:00pm, May 12, 2008.

The review and finalization of nomination papers would take place at 8pm on May 13th, 2008.

In case multiple candidates submit the nomination for the same Executive Board position, an election would be held for that position/positions on 18^th May, 2008. The final location would be announced on 13^th May, 2008 after the closing of the nomination process.
